Let’s come to a clear understanding about the name of my website, ‘Citizenawaken’. Composed of the two words, ‘Citizen’, and the word, ‘Awaken’, together may serve as a directive to every person in our nation to ‘awaken’, right? But awaken to what?
This directive to ‘awaken ‘can refer to activity on two different fronts; one, awaken to who and what you are as an individual, should you be inclined to search for an answer to the questions of the ultimate meaning, aim, and purpose of life on this planet, and in particular, human life; and, two, in-as-much as you are born into your current circumstances of your sex, race, family, city, state, and nation—the conditions and factors found in these circumstances are critical in optimizing your chances of success in solving an answer to the query raised above in ‘front’ number one.
And in furtherance of this quest, I submit to you that the very document, the Constitution of the United States of America, and the principles embodied therein, if strictly understood, followed, and adhered to, true to the letter and substance of its formulation, can in fact serve as to support and bolster both the first and second front referred to above.
In a broader view, ‘Citizenawaken’ encourages each individual in our great nation to fully awaken to all that is going on around them. In all your efforts to arrive at truth, practice objectivity. Base your efforts and actions on facts, reason, logic, and common sense, not on over-emotionalized and distorted ’emotional-thinking’ that lays the groundwork for subjectivity. Subjectivity is generally void of reason, logic, and common sense.
Know that all real positive change in our nation must begin and be established within each individual and begin from there. Real positive change does not originate from the ‘collective’ where the autonomy of the individual ceases to exist—blotted out by the mob mentality, nor at the level of the collective where negativity and destruction dominates.
Therefore, should you by a stroke of Fortuitous Grace, awaken to the full realization and potential of who you are as an individual, you will be much better equipped with knowledge, fortitude, and wisdom to set about to alter and change those circumstances around you, that is, conditions in your city, state, and nation, should that be necessary.
A word of warning: DO NOT confuse my term ‘Citizenawaken’, which has been around for years, with the term ‘woke’ which has recently come to prominence. There is no kinship whatever. The term ‘woke’ has been introduced by the liberal-progressive-left and has become a catch-all referring to the new ideology of the left. In short order, it has even transcended ‘woke’ to become ‘wokeism’. It is positioned, with all it’s whacky components, to become the new religion of the liberal-progressive-left! Don’t go down that “Alice-In-Wonderland” rabbit hole fantasy. It’s here where the liberal-progressive-socialist leftists are, “re-imagining the world and reality as they demand it exist”. It’s a dead end!
